Farewell Bedhead
Well, after months and months of wanting nothing to do with haircuts, Asher decided last night he wanted his hair cut after all (much to our dismay since we loved his longer, shaggy hair). Gone are the mornings of fantastic bedhead... at least for a while.
Vince started with scissors... fashioning Asher's hair into a very stylish 1987ish mullet.
Then came the clippers.
Asher was not a fan of the hair in his mouth, or itching his neck.
But then the promised Skittles came, for doing such a good job, and all tears were gone.
The kid has (or had) a lot of hair!!
Obed loves haircuts... at least his brother's haircuts. He likes to watch Bob the Builder, and he also loves the complimentary Skittle he gets for being such a good Bob the Builder watcher.

Oh, but his hair will grow back faster than you can imagine...then he'll be back in bedhead mode in no time :) He's a handsome little guy!
Oh, Asher is his daddy. Nothing itchy or scratchy. :)
I, too, will miss Asher's "longer, shaggy hair". But not having to rinse the shampoo from all that hair will save about 5 minutes of bathtime!
And, yes, A Fun Family, he is a handsome little guy...they all are :o)
Nice haircut! But I will miss the great bedhead pix. Does Obed EVER have bedhead? His hair is PERFECT!
I was looking at the pictures on this post again...I always go back and look at the pictures several times...and noticed that Ezra has one of Vince's mannerisms. Notice Ezra's hand over his mouth? Vince does this too and in that picture he looks like his Daddy. Anyone else see that?
Haha! We watch Bugs Bunny DVDs when giving haircuts, but only give candy to the kid getting the hair cut! I can only imagine with 3 boys...I only have to do 1 + 1 grown man! ;)
