My "Helpers"
Anytime I go to the store, the checker will generally make some comment like, "my, you have a lot of helpers!" This is true. Ezra, Asher and Obed all like to "help" get things out of the cart and put them on the belt at the check out. They also like to "help" unload all the groceries. This "help" often results in fruit getting smashed, boxes being opened prematurely, items spilled and a general sense of chaos in the house... so really, nothing out of the ordinary from any other day.
In spite of the fact that the "help" from the boys will always make projects longer, messier and more chaotic, I wouldn't have it any other way. It's teaching them important life lessons like service to others, organization and working together.
Ezra "organizing" things for the pantry.
